What is the return policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If something has gone wrong, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing us at admin@lavidalowcarb.co.uk. Please include both images of the product and the packaging which shows the damage, and we will contact you urgently with a view to replacing your order.
When will I get my order?
If your order is placed before 1pm, it will be shipped the next day.

We don't despatch on Saturdays so anything ordered on a Friday will be processed the following week.
Can I freeze your cakes?
Yes - you can freeze our cakes when they arrive. You should ensure they are left in their original packaging and fully sealed. To maintain quality, we recommend defrosting and enjoying them within 6 weeks of freezing, and eating them within 3 days of defrosting.
